Do you offer 24/7 check-in ?

We provide our customers with the flexibility to check-in and out at any time. Our front desk operates from 10:00 - 20:00 every day of the week For check-ins outside of these hours, we offer an automated self check-in process. Detailed instructions will be provided after your booking.

How do I access the building ?

To ensure security and privacy, the access code for the main building door changes every week. You can find the current passcode on this page, but you will need to enter your unique code (sent to you via email) to access it.

How do I access the hotel ?

The hotel entrance is locked with a magnetic card.

You will receive this card during check-in.

If you opt for self check-in, you will receive a code via email to access the card from a dispenser box.

The door is open during desk hours.

Are the towels and Wi-Fi free ?

The hotel provides free high speed wifi and towels.

We change towels at the user's request so do not hesitate to let us know if you would like a new set each day.

Do you offer discounts for long stays ?

We try to accommodate our long term guests with discounts for stays over a week.
